“User” and “Users” refers to natural persons who provide and disclose the information contained in the communication form in the Website with their free and explicit consent, or who visit the website without disclosing any personal data; and

“Website” refers to and stands for the website at the address of http://www.dogusgrubu.com.tr; and

“Law no. 5651” refers to and stands for the Law on Regulation of Publications via Internet Environment and on Fight Against Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications.

By visiting this Website, the User or Users shall be deemed to have accepted, declared and acknowledged that Doğuş Group or any one of its group companies or affiliates or their employees or directors or any persons or entities authorized by them shall have no civil or criminal liability for any texts, information, comments, opinions, news, images, pictures, figures, diagrams, drawings, graphs and other contents belonging either to Doğuş Group or to any third party person or entity and contained in the Website, or for interruption, delay or erroneous publication of any such contents, or for consequences of use of such contents or of decisions taken in reliance upon these contents, or for any probable direct or indirect, material or moral, negative or positive damages or any other potential damages and costs originating from their failure to read the conditions of use of the Website or their failure in compliance therewith, albeit being fully cognizant thereof, and also that Doğuş Group has by no means given any representation or warranty as to accuracy and/or adequacy of information contained in the Website.

It is also declared and accepted by the User or Users that they have read the Conditions of Use of Website or the Personal Data Protection Policy as cited hereinabove before entering the Website, and that they are going to comply with all of the conditions covered thereby, and that in case of any dispute, disagreement or claim in connection with the contents thereof, Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction thereon, and that both the contents of the Website and all electronic environments and computer records belonging to Doğuş Group shall be deemed definite, final, sole and prima facie evidence within the meaning ascribed thereto by Article 193 of the Turkish Civil Procedures Code.
