Concerning the tender for the construction of Odayeri-Paşaköy Section of North Marmara Highway Project (including a 3rd bridge over the Istanbul Strait) based on build – operate – transfer model, China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC) Yapı Center-Doğuş-Arkon Joint Venture Group DID NOT PLACE ANY BID WHATSOEVER at the INITIAL ATTENDANCE CHECK (Absent – present check) actualized prior to the Tender held on April 20, 2012. The Group submitted to the Directorate of Tender Committee in their letter dated April 20, 2012 that it is not possible for them to place a bid relating to the construction of the 3rd Bridge over the Istanbul Strait at the present stage.
