Broadcasting Rights for the Turkish Basketball League Acquired by NTV Spor and Digiturk for Three Years

At the Abdi İpekçi Sports Hall today, the Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) signed an agreement with Digiturk ve NTV Spor, two of the largest sponsors of basketball in Turkey, for the broadcasting rights of the Turkish Basketball League (TBL).

The agreement was announced at a press conference attended by TBF Chair Turgay Demirel, Digiturk CEO Ertan Özerdem and Doğuş Broadcasting Group President Erman Yerdelen. According to the agreement, the breathtaking games and impressive performances of players in TBL will be broadcast by Digiturk and NTV Spor for three seasons beginning with the 2015-2016 season.

Thanks to the support of Digiturk and NTV Spor, TBL fans will enjoy high-quality broadcasting at home and keep up with the inspiring games week after week. Digiturk and NTV Spor will help basketball legends ascend to stardom.

TBF Chair Turgay Demirel said, “Starting with the 2015-2016 season, basketball fans will be able to watch the excitement and fun offered in TBL with the leading basketball presenters and commentators in Turkey. Our exclusive broadcasting partners Digiturk and NTV Spor will be the sole address of inspiring basketball performances on TV."
