The Group has created more than 29,000 jobs as of the end of 2010 with its 124 companies operating in 7 industrial sectors. Doğuş Group aims to provide 2000 more new jobs in 2011.

Employee development is supported by tailor made training and periodic performance evaluation. Satisfaction level of employees is regularly measured and appropriate improvements are made. All necessary precautions are taken in professional health and safety to enable employees to work in a safe environment.
Within the framework of the importance placed on human rights, all employees are given equal opportunities. The 54/46 male female ratio among employees is the best testimony to the principle of equality that is in place. Discrimination and practices in violation of human rights are never tolerated in the Group and the same approach is expected from the Group's business partners and third parties.
