While the economic and social developments in our age have enabled increasing numbers of people to travel; a shortening of the working week, extension of holidays as well as an increase in welfare and a rising interest in yachting have led the Doğuş Group to develop marinas that would cater not only to yachts but to establish integrated tourism facilities catering to yachters and their associates. As yacht owners are increasingly on the move and do not stay moored in their own marinas, travelling yachters have been seeking marinas that would at a minimum meet their basic contemporary needs. This is yet another factor that has prompted the Doğuş Group to accelerate its investments in this area. Along with an increase in yacht sales throughout the world, the increasing useful lives of yachts made from materials such as fiber glass and aluminium underscores the rising need for a greater number of mooring places for yachts.

As a result of these developments, Doğuş Group has emphasized marina investments to reflect the sharp rise in demand for mooring places. While undertaking marine investments, Doğuş Group has taken into consideration regional characteristics as well as the tendencies of all yachters. The group maintains industry standards in its marinas and takes meticulous care to meet modern requirements through its systematic service units.

The Group constantly develops its professional service approach in its marinas as well as the maintenance and repair services offered at its on shore facilities. Our marinas are no longer a mere passage area or a boat mooring area for yachts, but new living areas as social and active spaces serving communities with a large potential. Our marinas are therefore facilities with a whole range of social activities including shopping centers, restaurants and cafe-bars, cinemas and sports centers integrated with the urban settlements. This development increases the demand for our marinas since our marinas provide fully equipped technical and social infrastructure to the yachting community.

D-Marin has the largest international chain of marinas in the Eastern Mediterranean Basin and Adriatic Sea

D-Marin Marinas Group started its operations in 2003 in Turkey with its first marina, D-Marin Turgutreis. In 2009, D-Marin Didim commenced operations as the second marina in the network, and furthermore, in 2010 D-Marin Göcek joined to the D-Marin Marinas Group. The start of construction of the fourth marina in Dalaman-Turkey is among the plans for 2013.

In 2009, D-Marin expanded outside of Turkey and entered Croatia through the now renowned D-Marin Mandalina located in Sibenik, Croatia. In April 2012, D-Marin Dalmacija, which is the largest marina in Croatia, and D-Marin Borik joined D-Marin. D-Marin Marinas Group expanded its investments in Croatia by acquiring 6.92% of the Croatian Adriatic Croatia International (ACI) Group in December 2012, which is the largest chain of marinas in the Mediterranean with a total of 21 marinas.

D-Marin Marinas Group continues to invest in other international markets. In December 2012, establishing a 50%-50% partnership with Lamda Development SA, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, which results in control of the Flisvos Marina, D-Marin added an upscale, world class marina to its portfolio offering exclusive services to superyachts. In January 2013, D-Marin entered into a second strategic partnership with Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping SA, also listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. D-Marin Marinas Group added the Gouvia, Lefkas and Zea marinas to its portfolio, increasing its total capacity in the three countries to appr. 9,000 berths.

D-Marin Marinas Group is actively growing its European network through strategic acquisitions and management partnerships while focusing on prestigious marinas in the Mediterranean and the Adriatic regions in order to establish a market leader marina network.

D-Marin Turgutreis

The D-Marin Turgutreis has a berthing capacity of 550 yachts in the water and 150 yachts in dry berth for yachts up to 75 m. From the start, the Marina has provided a range of technical, social and administrative services with high quality standards to yachts and their owners.

The marina has the Blue Flag, 5 Golden Anchor flag from THYA (The Yacht Harbour Association) on its flag post. The Marina also has been awarded with Skalite prize by SKAL Club as the Best Marina Investment & the Best Marina Operation for the significant contribution to the tourism industry of the country.

D-Marin Didim

In terms of the total area, D-Marin Didim is the largest marina in Turkey.

It has a berthing capacity of 580 yachts in the water and 600 in dry berth, for yacht with lengths between 8 metres and 70 metres. With the largest dry storage area, at 80,000 m2, the Marina has 2 travel lifts of 400 tons and 75 tons, respectively, a 100 ton-capacity trailer and a hangar of 60 m x 15 m. There are many well equipped technical shops in the dry storage area and this provides all varieties of maintenance services throughout the year to D-Marin's customers. The Marina offers a shopping and entertaining centre including brand-named stores, restaurants, cafeterias and bars and these options provide a major improvement to Didim's tourism, economy and social life.

D-Marin Göcek

D-Marin Marinas Group can now offer their high standard of services, not only in the Aegean but also in the Mediterranean, with their award winning Göcek marina. The marina has a 380 yacht capacity in the water and 150 on the hard for yachts up to 75 m. Their 75 ton travel lift and 40 ton boat mover are operated by experienced staff. D-Marin Mandalina

D-Marin Mandalina is located in the historic city of Sibenik on the beautiful Dalmatian coast of Croatia. The natural beauty of the area is incomparable and its unique qualities are reinforced through its protection under UNESCO's World Heritage List and classification as a protected National Park. The Marina is 45 minutes away from international airports in Zadar and Split cities.

D-Marin Borik

D-Marin Borik is situated on the west coast of the 3,000 year old city of Zadar. The constant ferry connection with the city of Ancona on the Italian side of the Adriatic as well as the international flights offer an opportunity to access D-Marin Borik with ease for all European yacht owners. The Islands of Zadar, three hundred in total, are the most precious offering of this touristic area. Gouvia Marina

Gouvia Marina is located on the world wide famous Corfu Island. The marina is situated in the bay of Gouvia, approximately 6 km from the town of Corfu and 7 km. from the International Airport. Gouvia is the biggest marina in berth capacity in Greece with a total of 1235 berths, on both permanent and floating pontoons, while there are dry dock facilities for approximately 520 boats. Moorings are available for yachts up to 80m. and 5.5 m. draught.

In the 3.500 sq.m. of building facilities, a number of different services are available, such as shops, restaurants, bars anbud cafes and supermarket. The broad quaysides include a kinder garden, a swimming-pool, sports facilities as well as a cricket and a croquet fields.

The marina offers a full range of technical boat services. There are a 65-ton and an 80-ton travelifts and two 45-ton and 80-ton mobile cranes are available in the marina.

Lefkas Marina

Lefkas Marina is situated on the eastern side of Lefkas Island, the fourth largest of the Ionian Islands. The geographical location of Lefkas is considered to be its great advantage as it is one of the most beautiful areas for yachting and the island is connected with a small bridge, facilitating the approach to the airport of Aktion in Preveza and to mainland Greece.

Zea Marina

Zea Marina is located in Athens close to Piraeus main port, the largest port of Greece being for millions of tourists every year the starting point to the Aegean islands, the Saronic Gulf and the island of Crete.
