The first common feature sought in a candidate to be recruited by the Doğuş Group of companies - apart from the requisite education, technical expertise and competencies for the position in question - is first and foremost, personality traits coinciding with the values of the Doğuş Group. In recruitment evaluation, Assessment Center evaluations including verbal and quantitative aptitude tests, English proficiency tests, role playing for certain positions, case studies, and group discussions as well as personality inventories and interviews are carried out.

In nearly 80% of our positions, knowledge of English is sought as a prerequisite. Although completion of military service is preferable for our male candidates, depending on the position, a two year deferment of military service may be acceptable.
