Doğuş Holding employees’ adherence to ethical principles set out by management is fundamental to its operations. Accordingly, the company implements numerous projects to ensure employees are fully versed in these principles, deviation from which results in disciplinary action.

Ethical Principles are clearly set out and defined under subcategories such as: Usage of time and company resources; relations with customers / subcontractors, proprietors, and all other companies or persons engaged in commercial relations with the company; the accepting of gifts, assistance, invitations and donations; media relations; activities that impact profitability; concealment of company information, personal information mismanagement in irregular activities and security.

Ethical Principles are available on the Group’s intranet and can be accessed by all members of the staff.
