Responsibilities to our shareholders

In line with this principle, Doğuş Group communicates Group information to its shareholders through its website (www.dogusgrubu.com.tr). Separately, the Group informs society at large of its corporate strategy, activities and new investments through regular press conferences and releases. Group financials are prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards on a quarterly basis, and independent audit reports are shared publicly. Doğuş Holding is also regularly rated by three international ratings agencies namely; Standards&Poors, Fitch and Moody’s. Information on the activities and performance of the Group’s publicly-offered companies is issued to the public according to Turkish Capital Markets Board and Banking Regulations, as well as Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency legislation through the respective companies. Istanbul Stock Exchange special event notifications informing the general public are disseminated by the Holding’s Finance Department.
