d-card

Through the "d-card", special agreements are made with cafes, restaurants, hotels, travel agencies, educational institutions and clothing stores, adding value to the social lives of Doğuş Group employees.

Cultural Activities

We aim to bring together all Doğuş Group employees in cultural and arts events. To this end, the Human Resources Departments of our Group companies periodically make bulk ticket reservations with various discount rates for cultural events; thus, supporting the development of close relations among our employees outside the work place. Social clubs are yet another meeting place for strengthening the social relationships between our group company employees. The majority of the Doğuş Group of companies has photography, diving, dance, theater and nature sports clubs.

Moreover, believing in the positive reflection of a happy family life on business life, Doğuş Group organizes monthly seminars within the framework of the internal communication activities of the Doğuş Kids brand, aiming for the development of Mother-Father and Child identities. All Group employees may attend the said event.

Sports activities

Doğuş Sports Games have been organized since 2005 with the active participation of all our Group employees with the aim of strengthening the relations between our Group companies and enabling our employees to experience teamwork first hand through sports activities. Intercompany competitions are composed of twelve different sports branches to include basketball, volleyball, soccer, bowling, carting, sailing, tennis, table tennis, beach volley, dragon boat, swimming and running. Winning teams are recognized at an award ceremony where the entire Doğuş Group family comes together.
