The most significant objective of the performance management systems employed at the Doğuş Group of Companies is to enable employees to maximize their potentials.

Performance evaluation results are used in the implementation of Training and Development, Career Management and Remuneration Management systems.

Performance management is based on the following processes: mutual agreement of managers and employees on business objectives in order to measure work performance, determination of competencies necessary to achieve these objectives, providing feedback on these issues. This is carried out in compliance with the objectives of the Doğuş Group main strategies on a sector and company basis.

In performance evaluation processes, individuals' compliance with Doğuş Group values and their work performance are taken into consideration.

Doğuş Group employees are expected to take responsibility regarding their own performance, development and career. With this perspective, the most important performance indicators concerning our employees are a constant desire to learn, support for the development of their subordinates and team members, adaptation to change.
